Description
Looking like a pillar of gold once established,
Ulmus x
hollandica 'Dampieri Aurea' is a lovely garden tree with a narrow upright habit and golden-yellow leaves all summer. A little judicious trimming will enhance the natural habit to produce a formal cylindrical shape.
The golden-leaved branches makes an ideal host for a late flowering dark
Clematis and the narrow habit makes this a great choice of small tree for gardens with limited space.
