Description

An unusual, elegant evergreen oak, Quercus x hispanica 'Fulhamensis' has dark green leaves and a particularly handsome, vertically fissured, corky bark even on quite young specimens.

A lovely large garden tree with an eye-catching trunk.

Supplied Size: 2L containers (25 - 40 cm tall)

• Position: Full sun or light, dappled shade.
• Soil: Well drained, fertile soil. Quercus x hispanica 'Fulhamensis' will tolerate chalky soils.
• Hardiness: Hardy. Quercus x hispanica 'Fulhamensis' appreciates shelter from cold winter winds.
• Rate of Growth: Moderate.
• Habit: Large tree with a branching rounded crown and once established, graceful slightly pendulous branches.

• Notes: Quercus x hispanica 'Fulhamensis' do not generally transplant well and should be left undisturbed once planted in position.
