Description
First discovered at the fantastic Dawyck Botanic Gardens in Scotland, 28 miles south of Edinburgh,
Fagus sylvatica 'Dawyck Gold' is a tall, narrow and upright selection of beech with soft golden-yellow leaves in spring. These darken to lime green in summer before finally turning a brilliant golden-bronze in a good, crisp autumn before falling. A majestic tree once established!
