Description
A native to Central Chile in South America,
Eucryphia cordifolia is an elegant small, evergreen tree with oblong, wavy-edged, dark green leaves and masses of ivory-white, slightly scented flowers in late summer. These flowers are popular with bees and other insects. An unusual and eye-catching garden tree for sheltered areas!

- Soil: Well drained, fertile soil. Eucryphia cordifolia will tolerate limey soils to some degree.
