Description
Native to parts of Siberia and Korea,
Cornus alba 'Aurea' has beautiful soft-golden foliage from spring until late summer which does not burn in strong sunlight and gradually takes on a lovely red tinge in autumn. In late autumn and winter the new shoots turn a fine, bright-red and these stems provide a great deal of winter colour until the following spring when the leaves re-emerge. A plant with year round interest!
