Description
A new introduction, Cornus sanguinea 'Anny's Winter Orange' has glistening orange-red bark in winter and apricot autumn colours. In summer, the stems turn light yellow/orange and the leaves are bright green.
Cornus sanguinea 'Anny's Winter Orange' is an unusual dogwood and an excellent plant for creating colour in a winter border.

Pruning: In our opinion, Cornus sanguinea 'Anny's Winter Orange' is most attractive if pruned hard to about 30 - 40 cm above the ground early each spring. This will prevent it getting to large and rejuvenate the plant so the bright coloured stems appear each year.
