Grown for its excellent golden-yellow flowers in early spring this is a tough and popular, medium sized garden shrub, more compact then some other Forsythia. The yellow flowers of Forsythia 'Golden Nugget' appear on bare stems before the leaves emerge and are very colourful, marking the beginning of spring for many people.

Forsythia 'Golden Nugget' is ideal for adding a splash of colour to a winter or spring border as a standalone shrub and can also be planted in numbers to create a low flowering hedge.

Supplied Size: 3L containers (30 - 40 cm tall)

• Soil: Any fertile soil.
