Description
This elegant, small, mound forming maple has deeply cut, burgundy coloured leaves in spring and summer which turn scarlet and crimson in a good, crisp autumn. It forms an upright, yet compact shrub with flowing, slightly weeping branches one established.
Acer palmatum var dissectum 'Inaba-shidare' looks particularly attractive when planted next to ponds or streams and also makes an excellent specimen for growing in a large container.
