A handsome, evergreen fern native to parts of Europe, America and Africa, Polypodium vulgare is often found growing among rocks, walls and trees and has dark green fronds up to 30 cm long. An easy to grow plant, this is a versatile ground cover Fern, a good choice for dry, shady banks and borders.
